Coach, Author, Speaker, Cancer-crusher.
Before 2019, I was busy juggling all the things and cramming more into my jam-packed schedule.
It wasn't until a battle with cancer that I realized how unhealthy and unnecessary it all was.
Today, I'm living guided by my identity - a life that's sustainable, intentional, & impactful.
It breaks my heart to see so many heart-led women who love serving walk the same path I did.
